A fast and practical online course designed to increase the effectiveness of inventing and bringing good ideas to life. The course builds a mindset conducive to creativity, shows specific techniques and walks you through the entire process – from finding inspiration through generating solutions to selecting ideas. All substantively and in friendly atmosphere 🙂

You can never have too many good ideas. They allow to more effectively solve problems, find new opportunities and achieve important goals. Practical creativity is a skill of inventing new, original and useful ideas. It can be learned and that is what this course is about.

Creativity used to be thought of as something magical. Today, it is considered a specific skill, often missing from training and development programs. Meanwhile, knowledge and expertise are often not enough if we want to achieve truly innovative results. It is necessary to understand the essence of the creative process and use of specific tools, which will facilitate the creation and development of ideas.

Build a creative mindset and learn specific work techniques to generate good ideas. Useful at work and in private life.

Training framework and topics
  • First things first: Top 5 mistakes that inhibit practical creativity and that you need to avoid
  • First (creative) mass, then (creative) sculpture – the magic of divergence
  • Brainstorm – how to do it right (technique 1)
  • And now it’s time for quality – how to choose the best ideas (technique 2)
  • Good ideas don’t come from nowhere – where to find inspiration and how to do it efficiently (technique 3)
  • There is no app for this, but there is a method: how to carry out the creative process step by step
  • And now let’s do it in practice – simulating the creative process on a specific problem.

  • You will discover 5 common mistakes that limit creativity.
  • You will learn what elements make up a proper creative process and what each of them consists of.
  • You will learn 3 specific tools for finding inspiration, coming up with and selecting ideas.

For anyone who wants to improve their effectiveness of coming up with new and useful ideas. Good ideas are needed in every organization and job today, so this course is simply for everyone:) It can be especially useful for people

  • Working in R&D, design, advertising and other areas where finding good ideas is part of the daily work.
  • Coordinating the work of teams (e.g. leaders and managers, scrum masters, agile coaches).
  • Those who want to improve organizational processes – from candidate experience or communication between teams to customer relationship management or supply chain management.

Seweryn Rudnicki, PhD – scientist, design researcher and facilitator of creative processes. He uses his scientific knowledge about creativity and innovation in working with business clients who are interested in solutions to problems, not in buzzwords. Permanent employee of AGH in Krakow. Co-founder of the Hearts & Heads team, which helps to implement user-centered design and creativity techniques in business. He worked, among others for customers such as Motorola Solutions, Hitachi, HSBC, ABB, AON, PZU, PGNiG, Union Investment, Brainly, Ministry of Infrastructure and Development, Krakow Technology Park and many others.
